These terms apply to every purchase made at Andy's Shoe Supply, in Hereford, Texas — through our online store, in person, or anywhere else we sell. By buying from us or creating an account, you agree to them.
1General & prices
All prices are in US dollars (USD). Our direct store prices already include 15% OFF compared to our reference eBay prices for the same items. Prices can change at any time, and we may correct typographical or listing errors in a price — if a price error affects your order, we will contact you before charging or shipping so you can confirm or cancel.
2Orders & payment
Payments are processed securely by Stripe using the cards and payment methods shown at checkout. Your order is confirmed once your payment has been processed successfully. Please make sure your email and shipping address are correct — we ship to the address you provide at checkout.
3Shipping & pickup
We charge a flat shipping rate of $11.95 to anywhere in the United States. Local pickup in Hereford, TX is always free — we will email you when your order is ready to pick up. Orders are processed and prepared within a reasonable time before shipping; once your order ships, you will receive your tracking information by email.
4Returns
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. The buyer pays return shipping. Items must be returned in the same condition they were sent — unworn, unused, and with the original box. If the item arrives back in different condition, the return may be refused.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund goes back to your original payment method.
5Product condition
Every item we sell is new and comes with its original box, exactly as described in each product listing. Photos and details on each listing page describe the specific item you will receive.
6Accounts
Creating an account is optional — you can always check out as a guest. By creating an account, you accept these Terms & Conditions. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for the activity on your account. We may close accounts that abuse the service, including fraudulent orders or misuse of discounts and promotions.
