Cómo obtener tu entrada base (1 entrada)

2. Sigue la tienda en eBay: andysshoesupply.
3. Comenta "LISTO" en la publicación oficial del sorteo en Facebook.

El Organizador verificará que cada participante siga ambas cuentas y haya comentado LISTO en la publicación oficial. Solo quienes cumplan los tres pasos entran al sorteo en vivo.

• Un participante ya registrado no cuenta como referido nuevo. No se permiten autorreferidos, cuentas falsas ni identidades duplicadas.

Reglas Oficiales

1. Organizador. Andy's Shoe Supply, Roinel Padin Fernández, 223 Greenwood St, Hereford, Texas 79045. Contacto oficial: (806) 344-8673.
2. Nombre. "Andy's Community Giveaway — Sorteo Mensual de la Comunidad", octubre de 2026.
3. Sin compra. No es necesario comprar ni pagar. Una compra no aumenta las probabilidades de ganar.
4. Elegibilidad. Abierto a residentes legales de los 50 estados de Estados Unidos con al menos 18 años o la mayoría de edad legal de su estado, la que sea mayor. Nulo donde esté prohibido. Empleados, administradores y familiares inmediatos del Organizador no son elegibles.
5. Periodo. Las entradas de cada mes cierran el día 25 a las 8:00 p. m. CT, justo antes del sorteo en vivo. Para octubre de 2026, el cierre es el 25 de octubre de 2026 a las 8:00 p. m. CT. Entradas fuera de ese periodo no cuentan.
6. Premio. El premio va de US$50 (mínimo) a US$500 (máximo): en efectivo de US$50 a US$400 o en calzado nuevo de US$80 a US$500 de valor retail/MSRP, según el sorteo del mes. El ganador elegirá la forma del premio dentro del rango anunciado. El método de entrega del efectivo se acordará en privado según la preferencia del ganador. El ganador nunca pagará tarifa alguna para reclamar.
7. Premios por mes. Cada sorteo mensual tendrá sus propias fechas, premio y reglas oficiales dentro del rango min US$50 / max US$500. Los requisitos de participación del próximo mes pueden ser diferentes y se anunciarán en su momento.
8. Calzado. Las imágenes promocionales son ilustrativas (ejemplos). No se garantiza modelo, color o marca mostrados. El ganador elegirá talla y categoría; el Organizador ofrecerá opciones disponibles.
9. Envío. El envío estándar del calzado dentro de los 50 estados corre por cuenta del Organizador.
10. Sorteo. 25 de octubre de 2026 a las 8:00 p. m. CT, en vivo, mediante Wheel of Names. Cada entrada válida aparecerá una vez con su nombre público. La transmisión quedará pública.
11. Probabilidades. Dependen del número total de entradas válidas recibidas.
12. Ganador potencial y reclamación. Será contactado con la información disponible y tendrá 5 días calendario (hasta el 30 de octubre de 2026 a las 8:00 p. m. CT) para responder y reclamar. Si no responde a tiempo o no es elegible, podrá seleccionarse un suplente por el mismo procedimiento.
13. Fraude. Cuentas falsas o duplicadas, autorreferidos, suplantación, dejar de seguir y volver a seguir para aparentar ser nuevo, información manipulada u otra manipulación pueden causar descalificación y prohibición permanente de futuros sorteos.
14. Privacidad. En el live y registros públicos solo se mostrarán nombre público y número de entrada. La información se usará únicamente para administrar el sorteo, evitar fraude, contactar al ganador y entregar el premio. No se venderá.
15. Plataformas. Este sorteo no está patrocinado, avalado, administrado ni asociado con Facebook/Meta, TikTok, eBay ni Wheel of Names.
16. Ley. Se aplicará la ley de Texas, sin eliminar derechos obligatorios del participante en su estado.
17. Lista del ganador. Durante 90 días después del sorteo podrá solicitarse el nombre público y ciudad/estado del ganador.
18. Aceptación. Al participar, la persona confirma que ha leído y acepta estas Reglas Oficiales.

How to get your base entry (1 entry)

1. Follow the Facebook Page of Andy's Shoe Supply.
2. Follow the eBay store: andysshoesupply.
3. Comment "DONE" on the official Facebook giveaway post.

The Organizer will verify that each participant follows both accounts and has commented DONE on the official post. Only those who complete all three steps enter the live drawing.

Additional entries

• Also follow on TikTok at Andy's Shoe Supply: +1 additional entry.
• Referrals: text (806) 344-8673 to receive your referral code. Each new and valid person who uses your code and completes their base entry gives you +1 additional entry.
• Maximum: 4 additional referral entries and 5 total entries per person per monthly giveaway.
• A previously registered participant does not count as a new referral. Self-referrals, fake accounts, and duplicate identities are prohibited.
• Sharing the post is optional and appreciated, but it does not award additional entries.

Official Rules

2. Promotion name. "Andy's Community Giveaway — Monthly Community Giveaway," October 2026.
3. No purchase. No purchase or payment is necessary. A purchase does not improve the odds of winning.
4. Eligibility. Open to legal residents of all 50 United States who are at least 18 years old or the age of majority in their state, whichever is higher. Void where prohibited. Employees, administrators, and immediate family members of the Organizer are not eligible.
5. Entry period. Each month's entries close on the 25th at 8:00 p.m. CT, right before the live drawing. For October 2026, entries close October 25, 2026 at 8:00 p.m. CT. Entries outside that period do not count.
6. Prize. The prize ranges from US$50 (minimum) to US$500 (maximum): US$50 to US$400 in cash or US$80 to US$500 in new footwear (retail/MSRP value), depending on the month's giveaway. The winner will choose the prize form within the announced range. The secure cash delivery method will be agreed privately according to the winner's preference. The winner will never pay any fee to claim.
7. Monthly prizes. Each monthly giveaway will have its own dates, prize, and official rules within the min US$50 / max US$500 range. Next month's entry requirements may be different and will be announced at that time.
8. Footwear. Promotional images are illustrative examples. No specific model, color, or brand is guaranteed. The winner will choose size and category; the Organizer will offer available options.
9. Shipping. Standard shipping of footwear within the 50 states is covered by the Organizer.
10. Drawing. October 25, 2026 at 8:00 p.m. CT, live, via Wheel of Names. Each valid entry will appear once with its public name. The broadcast will remain public.
11. Odds. Depend on the total number of valid entries received.
12. Potential winner and claiming. They will be contacted with the available information and will have 5 calendar days (until October 30, 2026 at 8:00 p.m. CT) to respond and claim. If they do not respond in time or are ineligible, an alternate may be selected by the same procedure.
13. Fraud. Fake or duplicate accounts, self-referrals, impersonation, unfollowing and re-following to appear new, manipulated information, or other manipulation may cause disqualification and permanent ban from future giveaways.
14. Privacy. Only public name and entry number will appear in the live stream and public records. Information will be used solely to administer the giveaway, prevent fraud, contact the winner, and deliver the prize. It will not be sold.
15. Platforms. This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook/Meta, TikTok, eBay, or Wheel of Names.
16. Law. Texas law applies, without removing mandatory rights of the participant in their state.
17. Winner list. For 90 days after the drawing, the winner's public name and city/state may be requested.
18. Acceptance. By entering, the person confirms they have read and accept these Official Rules.
